Items purchased on www.femininebtq.com will gladly be accepted for an EXCHANGE only within 7 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original form and must not be worn, altered, or damaged with tags still attached. If the item you want to exchange is sold out you will be issued a e-gift card and the balance will exclude shipping and handling cost. Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.  

Keep in mind, all clearance items, accessories, swimwear, and intimates are FINAL SALE.

If for any reason your items are damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly process an exchange.

We do not offer prepaid shipping labels at this time. If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for shipping cost. Please contact us via email at info@femininebtq.com for the return address to send items to or any other inquires. We respond to emails within 24-48 hours.
