Shipping + Handling
Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. If you provided a phone number at checkout, you will also receive updates regarding tracking via text message. Please note that we always hope there aren't any issues with delivery once we drop them off at the post office but for any reason you have issues with a lost package, please contact us so that we can help you with tracking the package. If the packaged does get lost, you will be able to file a claim with the post office yourself.
Pre-Orders
If you pre-ordered an item, the shipping time will be in the description box of the item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for preorders to be delivered. If you ordered an item that is in stock and a pre-ordered item, your items will be shipped separately.
